Information we collect

When you book a calendar call or engage with us, we receive the information you provide (name, business name, email, phone if you choose to share it on the call, and details about your workflows). We also collect standard website analytics (page views, referrers) via placeholders that are not active until you add tracking IDs.

How we use information

To prepare for and conduct strategy calls, scope projects, deliver work, and communicate about the engagement. We do not sell or rent your information.

AI tools and data

When we build automations, we work with your data inside the systems you already control (your CRM, email, documents). We do not train public models on your customer data. Any use of third-party AI during delivery is scoped with you and follows the data boundaries we agree on.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of information we hold about you by using the calendar link to schedule a conversation or by replying to any email we send.
